Options IX has designed an exhibit floor plan to create networking and interaction among exhibitors, supporters, and attendees.
All booths are based on 10’ x 10’ units which can be grouped as inline, on a corner or as an island. Space rate is $30 USD/sq. ft., plus $250 USD/ corner; $1,000 USD per island which is space greater than 400 sq. ft.

Terms & Conditions
Full exhibitor registration passes do permit entrance into sessions but they do not allow for CE credit.
All products and services exhibited must be germane to the study and practice of influenze, care and/or education. ISIRV retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product. ISIRV reserves the right to refuse applications of organizations not meeting standard requirements or expectations. ISIRV reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.
Terms of Payment
The exhibitor agrees to enclose with this application full payment. For payments of more than $10,000 USD, Options IX accepts payments by check or wire transfer only. For payments of $10,000 USD or less, Options IX will accept payment by credit card. Payments should be made payable to ISIRV/Options IX and forwarded to the Options IX office, Attention: Karen Spiro, 1120 Route 73, Suite 200, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. To be included in initial space assignments, the exhibit application and full payment must be received. Space will not be assigned or held without the application and all appropriate fees.
Assignment of Space
Priority for space assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis; taking space configurations under consideration, management reserves the right to make any revisions necessary to the floor plan. ISIRV reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor at any time with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation to the extent that the exhibitor cannot participate in ISIRV, the payment for exhibitor space will be fully refunded.
Official Exhibit Contractor
Options IX has selected GES as the official exhibit contractor for Options IX. Exhibit services, furnishings and decorations will be outlined in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Cancellations must be submitted to Options IX in writing. The date of receipt of the exhibitor/supporter's written notice of cancellation will be the offical cancellation date. If exhibit support is cancelled on or before May 6, 2016, all monies paid minus a $250 USD processing fee will be returned to the exhibitor/supporter. Cancellations of a larger exhibit/support package will be returned to the exhibitor/supporter minus 15% of the total fee. Any exhibitor/supporter who cancels after May 6, 2016, will be responsible for the total cost. No refunds for cancellations after May 6, 2016.
Options IX has developed Exhibit Guidelines that must be followed by all exhibitors.
