Your support of Options IX delivers exclusive access to key opinion leaders, exceptional visibility and face-to-face interactions with attendees. Support opportunities for Options IX have been designed to provide your sales, marketing, and medical liaison teams with quality face-to-face contact with nearly 1500 global experts on influenza.

There is a range of opportunities for support at the 2016 Conference in Chicago including the ability to support satellite sessions and lunchtime didactic sessions. By using many of the newest technologies, we provide the ability to put your brand in front of every delegate before, during and after the conference.

All financial support—advertising, exhibits, symposia, receptions and branding opportunities—accumulates to reach graduated tiers of support. Each level adds greater recognition and partnership benefits. Combine your exhibit with one of the targeted opportunities listed below.

Branding Opportunities


Attendee Lanyards – $15,000 - Sold
Lanyards for conference credentials are a one-of-a kind opportunity to gain exposure for your company. All attendees will receive a lanyard with your company name or mark as a sole supporter.

Attendee Registration Bags – $25,000 - Sold
Offering elite advertising exposure, the registration bags are one of the most coveted support opportunities. This opportunity will put you in front of attendees with your advertisement. The bags contain all congress materials and will be provided at registration to each attendee.

Benches – $4,000
Your brand prominent on a restful bench in the exhibit hall, will position your company in a convenient and welcome place.

Foot Prints – $6,000
Footprints on the exhibit floor are being offered as an advertising opportunity; they grab the attention of all attendees. Stickers, in the shape of footprints designed by the exhibitor, draw attendee’s attention by letting them read the exhibitor’s name, but they also help lead them to the exhibit booth. (Limited to four exhibitors)

Hotel Key Cards – $25,000 Exclusive
The majority of attendees will stay in the Sheraton Grand Chicago. You are guaranteed to get more visibility than the competition; gain maximum exposure by putting a message directly in the hands of target audiences; advertise on a product that attendees keep with them throughout their stay and will assist in improving traffic to your exhibit booth.

City Foldout Maps - $20,000 Exclusive
Your brand listed on the city fold out map that will be distributed to all attendees.

Pocket Size Schedule-at-a-Glance - $25,000 Exclusive
Each attendee will be given a pocket size schedule to be used throughout the meeting.  Your company brand will be posted on the back page of the schedule.

Mailing List – $5,000
A mailing list of all pre-registered attendees can be purchased for a one-time usage. A one-time use agreement must be signed and faxed back to the Manager of Industry Relations in order to receive the list. This gives you a unique opportunity to get in front of attendees before the Conference begins either by sending a mailing piece or an email blast - attendees will know exactly where to find you when they enter the exhibit hall.

Notebooks and Pens – $20,000 Exclusive - Sold
Your organization’s mark will be imprinted on the conference pens and notepads. Each delegate will receive a pen and notepad in the conference registration bag. Put your organization’s name at the fingertips of each delegate by participating in this exclusive supporter opportunity.

Official Options IX Doctor’s Bag for Hotel Delivery - $15,000 (exclusive); $5,000 (per insert)
Delivered to conference attendees at Sheraton Grand Chicago hotel rooms the evening of Wednesday, August 24, 2016.

  • Premium Supporter– $15,000 – exclusive - Sold
    Get outside exposure – Your mark and/or message is printed on one side of the bag and your insert placed inside the bag.
  • Doctor’s Bag Insert – $5,000 per insert
    Showcases educational literature, invitations, brochures and promotional items

Technology Opportunities


Mobile Charging Stations – $10,000 per station (total of 4 available)
Mobile device charging stations are one of the newest and most exciting services in the event industry today. A self-service kiosk that charges mobile devices quickly and conveniently can be available to Options IX attendees from locations in high traffic areas throughout the conference space.

Mobile Event App – $75,000 Exclusive - Sold
Support an innovative customized event app that will provide Options IX conference delegates with live program and exhibitor updates, messaging, and social networking opportunities. This will be offered as a free download to all Options IX conference delegates and will work across all mobile platforms— iPhone, iPad and Android.

Digital Signage – $35,000 Exclusive
Take advantage of advertising your company on electronic displays that show programming, information, and other messages throughout the conference space during Options IX.

Options IX Website – $50,000 Exclusive
One opportunity for your company to be the sole sponsor of the conference website. The home page will be branded with your mark which can link to any page in your site.

Hotel Meeting Space Wi-fi and Cyber Café – $40,000 Exclusive
Your company will brand the splash/login page to access wifi in meeting rooms and lobby space. Located in a high-traffic area of the conference, the cyber café allows attendees to stay in touch, check email and surf the internet. The main screen on all monitors will display the supporter’s brand.  A customizable wi-fi access passcode will be created.


Advertising Opportunities


Conference Program Book
The printed Program Book contains a schedule of activities, complete exhibitor information, scientific program, poster sessions and other general information to assist attendees during their participation. This indispensable guide will made available onsite to all Options IX attendees. In addition, a PDF of the Program Book will be available on line following the meeting.

Attendee Registration Bag Insert – $5,000
Include a printed insert in the registration bags distributed to all attendees. ISIRV must approve the design before distribution and this cannot be product specific. (1,500 pieces)


Food & Beverage


Welcome Reception -- $150,000 Exclusive
One of the highlighted events of the Options IX conference and opening of the exhibit hall.

Lunch Break in the Exhibit Hall -- $65,000 (total of 3 available)
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to sponsor lunch over a 1 ½ hour period in the exhibit hall where attendees will gather to network with their colleagues.

Coffee Break in the Exhibit Hall -- $25,000 each (total of 6 available)
Coffee breaks are a great opportunity to showcase your support of Options IX.

Poster Reception -- $45,000 each (total of 3 available)
Poster receptions are a networking opportunity that brings together poster presenters and attendees to review the latest advances in influenza.


Supporter Terms & Conditions


Terms of Payment
The exhibitor/supporter agrees to enclose with this application full payment. For payments of more than $10,000 USD, Options IX accepts payments by check or wire transfer only.  For payments of $10,000 USD or less, Options IX will accept payment by credit card.  Payments should be made payable to ISIRV/Options IX and forwarded to the Options IX office, Attention: Karen Spiro, 1120 Route 73, Suite 200, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to Options IX in writing.  The date of receipt of the exhibitor/supporter's written notice of cancellation will be the offical cancellation date.  If exhibit support is cancelled on or before May 6, 2016, all monies paid minus a $250 USD processing fee will be returned to the exhibitor/supporter.  Cancellations of a larger exhibit/support package will be returned to the exhibitor/supporter minus 15% of the total fee.  Any exhibitor/supporter who cancels after May 6, 2016, will be responsible for the total cost.  No refunds for cancellations after May 6, 2016.
